IMPORTANT!

  1. The person using the track is doing so at his/her responsibility, in appropriate clothing and under no circumstances under the use of drugs and alcohol.
  2. You must control the speed in order not to jeopardize yourself, as well as the others. Please maintain the distance of at least 25 m from the bob in front of you. Coming close to the bob in front of you is forbidden. In case of impact, the vehicle in the rear is responsible for all consequences.
  3. Inadequate vožnja može dovesti do ozbiljnih posljedica. Always break on time and approach the stationary portion with as slow a speed as possible. Pay special attention at the end of the track!
  4. Always look forward and mind the track course – never turn around or change the starting body position. Pay attention to all track signs and focus on the track in front of you (at least 25m).
  5. Initial instructions from the staff and starting intervals must be followed. Do not ride too slowly and stop only in case of dire need.
  6. The use track is allowed only in the bob and the safety belt must be worn at all times during drops and climbs.
  7. Children under the age of three may not use the installation. Children up to the age of 8 may use the two-seater bob accompanied by an adult (older than 8 and higher than 1,35 m) familiar with this track and the safety instructions issued by the staff.
  8. The higher person shall over sit in the rear seat and must place both hands on the break levers and must not at any time touch the structure or the bottom of the bob. This person is responsible for the safety and must be ready to use the breaks at all times. The person sitting in the front shall only use the handle in front and must not touch the structure or the bottom of the bob.
  9. If the structure is wet or frozen, the distance between vehicles must be increased to at least 50 m because of conditions affecting the breaking.
  10. You must follow instructions of the staff. Persons not following instructions shall be removed from the track.
  11. By buying the ticket, you confirm that you accept all terms of use. The return of the ticker or trade in are not allowed.
  12. Persons not able to use the bob properly due to physical or mental disability shall not be allowed to ride due to safety reasons. If necessary, the use is possible in the company of professionals or trusted third parties and acceptance of full liability.
    Pregnant women are not allowed to ride, because the structure is not adjusted for such type of ride.
  13. Maximum bob load is 150 kg. Riding with animals is not allowed, as well as riding with umbrellas and similar pointy objects. Clothes must be appropriate, without wide and loose parts (hats, scarfs, untied laces, etc.), in order to prevent contact with the track or moving parts of the bob.
  14. Smoking and use of cell phones or cameras during the ride is not allowed.
  15. Admittance to the complex is allowed only at predetermined locations. The user may begin and finish the ride only at the designated location.
  16. It is forbidden to inflict any damage to the complex, equipment and vehicles, as well as placing any obstacles. It is forbidden to start the system without authorization, as well as to manage the system or take any kind of operation for prevention of unfortunate events.
  17. All crashes must be reported immediately to relevant staff.
